Is this why traffic's been so bad in Luton recently? Have we just been suffering from hundreds of drivers buzzing round High Town, wondering where the hell they saw that sign for the parking?
You say that. There are, however, a few non-desirables fitting into each of those three categories, and one or two somewhere in between them who could have profitably been 'sliced'.....
Good job there wasn't a cat/dog/person standing beneath this when it plummeted. Could have been very nasty.
