A fractious encounter at the bank the other day involved a staff member pointing out that drivers' licences are legal documents. Mo might be regretting dropping his/hers; Mo, if you're out there, it's on the pavement on Hitchin Road, on the west side, between Charles Street and Jubilee Street.

This may have been planted by Delbert and Dixon, or whoever's building the new ring road, already opened by idiots cutting a ribbon, but which isn't finished, and upon which no motor vehicles are traversing. A*sewipes.
Someone was winding up here. There's scant info on this free 'ticket' and the damned thing's never going to go through one of those tricksy ticket machines. There's no such thing as a free ticket; this paper wasn't a ticket.
There have been better aquatic shapes found on the streets of Luton. Just look back at this blog. This one could be elephant or Mickey Mouse ears. (Sorry, can we still say "Mickey" Mouse)?
